Marina & Watersports
Harry S. Truman lake has become a magnet for those seeking boating and water sport activities during the summer. Many marinas and outfitters are ready to equip you with the toys you need to have a great time at the lake. The state park offers it own marina, ready with boat rentals for the water skiing and boating enthusiast.
Swimming
Two sand swimming beaches are available in the park, allowing visitors to cool off on those long, hot summer days. One is located near Racoon Ridge Campground, the other is located near the marina.
Fishing
The cool, clear waters of Truman Lake offer anglers a wide variety of fishing opportunities. From crappie, black bass, catfish, white bass, smallmouth, and many more, you will want to come back again and again, trying your hand at the many different species available here.
