About Spavinaw
Located below the spillway of Spavinaw Lake, Spavinaw State Park is a small park that offers camping, picnicking, swimmng and fishing. Picnic facilities include tables and grills, plus a group pavilion. Camping facilities include 26 RV sites, 75 tent sites, and comfort stations with restrooms and showers. The park also offers a playground and a swimming beach area in the river. The shallow water is perfect for families with smaller children.
The nearby Spavinaw Wildlife Management Area allows hunting and hiking.
This park is typically winterized/closed during the winter.
