Canoeing & Kayaking

Bull Shoals Lake and the White River offer great opportunities for canoeing and kayaking. Canoes and kayaks can be rented for a leisurely stroll around the lake, or available for a float trip down the White River. Pick up and haul back at the end of the float trip are included in rental.

Swimming & Watersport Activities

With its crystal clear waters, Bull Shoals Lake is a popular destination for water sports. Activities such as boating, tubing, swimming, water skiing, canoeing and kayaking are just some of the many ways to enjoy this lake. Some equipment is also available for rent at the park's marina, making these activities available to all.

Fishing

As it stretches alongside the waters above and below Bull Shoals Dam, Bull Shoals-White River State Park offers some of the best fishing available in the Ozarks. With its record rainbow and brown trout, the White River has been renowned as one of the best trout streams in the midwest. Behind the dam, 45,440 acre Bull Shoals Lake is Arkansas's largest lake, with parts of the lake stretching along the state's northern border and into Missouri. Many anglers are drawn to this lake every year for its well known catches of bass, crappie, catfish and bream.
