The campground at St. Francois State Park offers 110 campsites to visitors. On-season (April - October) services in the campground include modern restrooms with showers, water, laundry, and a dump station. Water is not availavle in the park during the off-season. A backpack campsite is also available to hikers along the Pike Run Trail.
