About Cherokee Landing

In the Cookson Hills of eastern Oklahoma, Cherokee Landing sits on the northern shores of beautiful Lake Tenkiller, just south of Tahlequah. The park features semi modern RV camping sites with electricity and water hookups, primitive camping sites, and comfort stations with restrooms and shelters. Visitors will also find picnic areas with tables and grills, covered pavilions, playgrounds, a lighted boat ramp and dock, swimming beach and a softball field.
Of course, the best part about Cherokee Landing State Park is the beautiful views of Lake Tenkiller and the surrounding Cookson Hills.
