Arkansas has some of the most scenic trails in the country, and you will find most of them within the Ozark National Forest. Hike alongside beautiful streams and river valleys, take in the views from atop some of the high points, explore springs and caves, or discover a new waterfall.
Mountain bikers will enjoy the many looped biking trails the National Forest has to offer, from easy, level rides, to technical hill climbs and rugged descents.
With horseback riding becoming ever more popular, many miles of equestrian trails will keep you busy and happy for hours from the saddle.
Currently, there are so many more trails within the Ozark National Forest than I have had time to photograph, gather information for, and list here. As soon as new information becomes available, and I am able to either gather pictures or create a map, I will post those new trails here.
